1. Service Eligibility

• Orders must be submitted under the correct carrier (US Cellular ).
• Submitting an order under the wrong carrier will result in no refund.

2. Wrong Carrier / Already Unlocked / Wrong Status

• If the device is:
  • Already unlocked
  • Wrong carrier
  • Wrong model category

3. Wrong Model Category

• The device must be submitted under the correct model type.
• Any mismatch (e.g., submitting an Android under the iPhone category, or an incorrect variant) will lead to order failure without refund.

4. Service Time

• Standard processing time: 24 -48 hours.
• In rare cases, the service may take up to 72 hours or more, depending on source availability.

5. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation is not guaranteed.
• If you want to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately.
• An order can only be cancelled if the source agrees.
• If the source rejects cancellation, you must wait for completion.
• Once in progress, the order cannot be reversed or refunded.

6. No Refund Cases

Refunds are not provided for:
