By placing an order with Rotten Apple GSM, you agree that the device you are unlocking is legally yours or you have authorization to unlock it. Carrier unlocking is legal under US law.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund if we are unable to complete your unlock. No refunds are issued for completed unlocks. Orders that fail due to incorrect IMEI or device information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
Processing Time
Standard processing is 24–72 hours. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier systems. Rush orders are not guaranteed.
Blacklisted Devices
